Your feedback on Finds helps train your Ghost. Each rating improves its accuracy, delivering more relevant Finds tailored to your unique needs in the future.

How to provide feedback

  1. Navigate to Finds from the left-hand side menu.

  2. Click on the Find you want to give feedback on.

  3. Click the smiley face button in the menu located above the content to rate it.

  4. Explain what specifically about the post was useful or not, helping your Ghosts learn more effectively for future scans. The more explicit the better.

⚠️ Find training/feedback is applied on a per Ghost basis
