A Ghost is an automation for a specific social medai channel. All plans come with unlimited Ghosts. Ghosts can be created in two ways: automatic and manual.

Automatic Ghost Creation

✨ Quick and easy: Creating a Ghost automatically is like using ChatGPT— just enter your goal, and it will generate the search criteria for you. You can always edit your Ghost later if needed.

Our automatic Ghosts are the way to go if you want to get started faster. The only input the Ghost needs from you in this method is your goal, which you can describe in simple terms.

Be as specific as you can, but know that the platform is already familiar with your business’s offerings. So for example, you can describe what type of audience you are looking for and the things they might talk about, but you do not need to describe what your business does.

  1. Click on Ghosts from the left-hand side menu

  2. Choose “Create a new Ghost”

  3. Pick a platform and click Create

  4. Select Automatically

  5. Input your goal or use Try example goals to browse Ghost templates you can customize

  6. Click Generate Ghost

Manual Ghost creation

💪 Full control: Choose manual creation to set up your Ghost with custom search criteria and settings. This method gives you complete control to tailor the search automation exactly to your needs.

If you feel confident creating prompts and advanced search queries, you can create a Ghost from scratch.

  1. Go to Ghosts from the left-hand side menu

  2. Click on “Create a new Ghost”

  3. Decide upon a platform that you want to create a Ghost for, and click Create

  4. Choose Manually

  5. Fill out the detailed settings on the Ghost’s configuration page
