Select Ghosts for Slack notifications to have all related Finds sent to your chosen Slack channel.
Auto-suggested draft responses are included if enabled, facilitating quicker responses.
Receive comprehensive Find details directly in Slack, including content links for on-the-go engagement.
Enhances team communication, especially for members not on PitchGhost.
Installing the Slack integration
You must have Admin or Owner permissions to install and delete integrations.
Receiving Finds on Slack
Enable Slack notifications for each Ghost by going to Ghosts, selecting a Ghost, clicking on Notifications, and toggling on Slack notifications. Remember that you need to turn on Slack notifications for each Ghost in order to receive Finds for them.
💡If you want your Ghost to notify you in a private Slack channel you must first invite @Pitchie to the channel.
