Each Ghost has it’s own match threshold, located within its settings page. This tool instructs your Ghost how confident you want it to be about the relevancy of the content to your goal.

If you're looking to explore a broader range of content, even if it's not a perfect match, lower the threshold. This allows you to receive more posts but with varying relevance.

When to increase the threshold
🎯 Increasing your match threshold tells your Ghost that you prefer extremely high quality, over mostly relevant quantity.
You have improved your goal but are still receiving too many irrelevant Finds
You're seeking niche content or have strict requirements
You want to focus on a hyper-specific audience
When to decrease the threshold
🔊 Reducing your match threshold tells your Ghost that you would like your Finds to look through a broader audience that matches your goal.
You've set your max Finds per scan higher or unlimited, but want even more content
You wish to engage with a wider range of audiences
